The primary way we do business is in meeting people, networking and supplying candidates we either know or who have been recommended to us. We try to meet as many candidates as we can to assess their current situation and also to assess their personality type, confidence level and suitability to available positions. Then after going through our rigorous interview process only those that we determine to be high achievers will be recommended to you.
If we do not have the resource that you currently need we will inform you of this and will give you a timeframe in which we estimate when we believe we will be able to find such a candidate for you. We will not compromise our high standards and so you can rest assured that you will get excellent quality staff.
Many times, there are star performers we have kept in touch with over the years and when they are ready to make a move they come to us because of the personal relationship we have with them. We then find a suitable company where we feel there is a good match.
The best resources are not going to be found on internet job boards like Dice, Monster or CareerBuilder.com. The best candidates are found through word of mouth and they don’t stay on the market very long. When we find such candidates we determine which company would be the best fit and we then contact them. We do not blast out resumes to dozens of companies. We talk to companies on a one to one basis and let them know who we have and why we think there is a good match with their company.
Our recruiters have worked in the IT industry for many years and come from a very technical background. They were programmers themselves. This means that they themselves can conduct technical interviews and determine who the real stars are.
With our recruiters having worked in the industry for many years they have also built up strong personal relationships with many technical resources in the industry.
